Our Selection Process: Fairness, Transparency, and Impact While we prioritize applications from the followers of Ramashram Satsang Mathura, we welcome applications from individuals outside our community as well. We believe in fairness, transparency, and maximizing the impact of our support. The Board of Trustees at the Jia Maa Memorial Trust convenes twice a year to review applications and make funding decisions that align with our mission. Our selection process ensures that deserving individuals receive the support they need to pursue their educational goals, overcome hardships, and regain their health.

• Providing false information may lead the applicant to be black listed and initiation of disciplinary action against him/her.
• Grant of Scholarship is subject to availability of Funds and will be considered for students who have secured more marks and parents with lesser income. Available Funds will be distributed based on merit cum means and the decision of the Management of the Trust is final in this regard. The Trust may decide its own method of evaluating the eligibility for Scholarship and their decision is final.
• Guidelines approved by the Trust may undergo changes over time.
